Copyright and liability
Any use of the audio-visual materials and texts contained in the
internet offer of CAFFE, except those provided for by a strict
interpretation of copyright law, requires the prior written consent of
CAFFE.
To the extent that audiovisual materials are made available in
streaming formats, these are technical protective measures the
avoidance of which is prohibited by § 95a of German copyright law.
Trademarks that are used in the internet offer of CAFFE may enjoy lawful trademark protection. They are unrestrictedly subject to the provisions of applicable brand name law and to the property rights of their registered holders. Reference to a trademark should not be taken to imply that it is not protected by the rights of third parties.
CAFFE is responsible for its own contents, which are provided for use pursuant to general laws. However, it will not assume responsibility for external contents referenced in its internet offer (links). It declares explicitly that it does not endorse or sponsor the external contents which it has linked to.
